# Ranczo Rogowo

> Rural guest cabins: two wooden cabins in Rogowo, Kuyavia (about 70 km from Toruń), each rented to one group only, each with its own private hot tub with jacuzzi and its own Finnish sauna with no hourly limit. A night costs 500 zł from Sunday to Thursday and 600 zł at the weekend, for two people. The hot tub and the sauna are separate items, 150 zł per day each. Run personally by Filip and his parents.

Ranczo Rogowo is not a hotel or a large resort: it is two small cabins on four hectares, 250 m apart, separated by a wooden panel fence, so the guests of each cabin have full privacy and never see or hear each other. The cabins are called **Domek Marzeń** and **Domek Na Uboczu** and they have identical equipment: sauna, hot tub, covered shelter, grill and outdoor cinema are at both. The only real difference is the stocked fishing pond (catch & release) by Domek Marzeń.

We take bookings directly, through our own system on ranczorogowo.pl. We guarantee the lowest price on our own site, because a direct booking carries no booking-platform commission.

## The cabin: size, layout and heating

The cabin is 25 square metres: a separate bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. There is no bathtub. Plus a terrace of 12 square metres, with a hanging cocoon chair and a coffee table with chairs. Both cabins are furnished identically and cost the same.

Heating is water radiators in every room, fed from an external boiler room (an eco-pea-coal boiler with a buffer tank). There is no wood stove inside the cabins to tend: you light nothing and add nothing, the heat is simply there. On top of that, each cabin has air conditioning that heats and cools, and an electric fireplace. There is no underfloor heating.

The hot tub with jacuzzi is heated by a wood-fired stove, so you set the temperature yourself; 38-40 degrees is the most comfortable. The hot tub is heated up for your arrival, and on the day you arrive you get an SMS with instructions. The Finnish sauna heats up to 90 degrees.

## How pricing works (2026)

The nightly rate is identical for both cabins. The hot tub and the sauna are NOT included in the night: you add them for the days you choose, so nobody pays for a day they do not use them.
- Weekdays (Sunday-Thursday): 500 zł per night for 1-2 people
- Weekend (Friday-Sunday): 600 zł per night for 1-2 people, always a minimum of 2 nights
- A one-night stay is possible, but only from Sunday to Thursday
- Cleaning: 150 zł once per stay, always added
- Hot tub with jacuzzi: 150 zł per day, only for the days you want it
- Finnish sauna: 150 zł per day, only for the days you want it
- On a day the hot tub or the sauna is booked, you use it with no hourly limit
- 3rd and 4th person: 50 zł per person per night
- Maximum 4 people per cabin, 8 people in both cabins
- A party with the whole grounds rented: a maximum of 8 people sleep over, up to 20 people may be on the grounds. Quiet hours do not apply then, and cleaning costs 150 zł for each cabin, so 300 zł
- Deposit: 25% online through PayNow, the rest on arrival (cash or card)
- The night runs from 15:00 to 11:00 the next day
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (14 days for New Year's Eve, Christmas, Easter and long weekends)

### Special dates
- **New Year's Eve and the turn of the year: 800 zł per night per cabin for 1-2 people, minimum 3 nights.** The extras are the same as all year round: 50 zł for the 3rd and 4th person per night, hot tub with jacuzzi 150 zł per day, Finnish sauna 150 zł per day, cleaning 150 zł once per stay. Four people with the hot tub and the sauna comes to 1200 zł per night. 31 December 2026 falls on a Thursday, so three nights means for example 31.12 (Thursday) - 3.01 (Sunday).
- **Christmas, the May long weekend and other long weekends are always priced higher** than an ordinary date. We do not give one figure in advance, because it depends on the date and on demand. You see the final price in the calendar for the dates you pick, before you book.
- **Minimum stay on special dates:** Christmas 3 nights, New Year 3 nights, Easter 3 nights, the May long weekend 3 nights, Corpus Christi 3 nights, the November long weekend 4 nights. Winter school holidays and All Saints are priced and treated as ordinary dates: a weekend means a minimum of 2 nights, and a single night is possible from Sunday to Thursday.

### Discounts
- **Last minute -15%** when you book the day before arrival or on the day itself. Does not combine with other discounts.
- **-10% for a stay of 4 nights or more**, calculated on the whole stay. Combines with the second-stay discount.
- **-10% for a second stay** (the "Przyjaciel Rancza" / Friend of the Ranch programme): after your first stay you get an SMS on the day you leave, at 18:00, with a discount code to enter when you book on ranczorogowo.pl; if you book by phone, just say it is your second stay and give the code. Combines with the 4-nights-or-more discount.
- **50 zł off your first stay** for signing up to the newsletter on the site. The code is valid for 7 days. It works on any date, including New Year's Eve, Christmas and long weekends. Does not combine with other discounts.
- **Last minute, the 4-nights-or-more discount and the second-stay discount do not apply to New Year's Eve, Christmas, Easter or long weekends.**

**Referral programme:** after your stay we email you about the referral programme, and once you reply we send a referral link and a discount code. For every person who books through that link or gives that code and completes their stay, you get between 100 and 300 zł, depending on how long they stay: 100 zł for one night, 200 zł for two and 300 zł for longer.

Example 1, a weekend: two nights, Friday and Saturday, for two people, with the hot tub and the sauna on both days, is 2 x 600 + 150 for cleaning + 4 x 150 for the hot tub and the sauna, which is **1950 zł** for the whole stay.

Example 2, midweek: one night on a Tuesday for two people, with the hot tub and the sauna, is 500 + 150 for cleaning + 2 x 150, which is **950 zł** for the whole stay. A shorter midweek stay is possible here and it is the cheapest option.

Included in the nightly rate, with nothing to add: the accommodation, bikes (4 per cabin, adult and children's, no helmets), 2 SUP boards per cabin, the 4K outdoor cinema with a projector and Netflix, bathrobes and towels, the grill, a fire pit, the covered shelter, a trampoline, board games, Starlink, the dog and the cat. At Domek Marzeń, also access to the fishing pond with a rod (catch & release).

Paid separately: cleaning (150 zł once, always added), the hot tub and the sauna (150 zł per day each), a home-cooked breakfast (60 zł per person per night), a home-cooked lunch: soup, a main course, dessert and a fruit drink (60 zł per person per night), a romantic setup (150 zł per stay), late check-out (150 zł, arranged on the day you arrive, on site, not online). Breakfast and lunch are ordered before you arrive, because we shop for each booking. In the evening you can arrange home-made snacks: pizza, baked baguettes, burgers or fries, all made here, nothing reheated or out of a packet. The details and the price we agree on the spot.

Renting the whole grounds for a party (hen party, birthday, company away day): 2000 zł per night at the weekend, 1600 zł per night from Sunday to Thursday. A weekend is always a minimum of 2 nights, including when you rent the whole grounds; a single night of the whole grounds can be booked from Sunday to Thursday.

Dogs and cats are always free, with no surcharge, and come with a free welcome kit for the animal.

Our guarantee: if you are not happy with your stay and tell us what was wrong, we refund 100% of your money. No small print.

## What we do not have

We say this plainly, because it is better that you know before you book than after you arrive:
- We do not have our own lake. There are ponds by the cabins, but the swimming spot is Lake Huta, about 10 minutes' drive away.
- The grounds are not fenced as a whole. Domek Na Uboczu has its own fence, Domek Marzeń has none, so if your dog tends to wander, choose Domek Na Uboczu.
- There is no underfloor heating and no bathtub. Heating is water radiators in every room, fed from an external boiler room, and the bathroom has a shower.
- There is no reception and no 24h service. We welcome you in person and we are reachable by phone.
- There is no restaurant and no room service. There is home-cooked food: breakfast and lunch ordered in advance, evening snacks arranged on the spot, or your own kitchen.
- There are no spa treatments, no massages and no pool. There is the hot tub and the sauna.
- Without a car, getting around the area is severely limited.
- Realistically you can only get here by car: there is no station or bus stop you could reach with luggage.
- The hosts speak Polish, English and German with guests.
- Włocławek is an hour's drive away (about 50 km), Bydgoszcz two hours. Gdańsk is about 200 km and 2.5 hours, Grudziądz about 100 km and 1.5 hours, Inowrocław about 105 km and two hours.

## For an English-speaking guest

- We speak English with you, in writing and on the phone, so you can book and ask about anything in English. Polish and German also work.
- Prices are in Polish złoty (zł, PLN) and you pay in złoty. The 25% deposit goes online through PayNow; the rest you pay on arrival, in cash or by card.
- You need a car. There is no station or bus stop nearby from which you could reach us with luggage, and the area around Rogowo also takes a car to explore. Parking is free, right by the cabin.
