Domek Marzeń or Domek Na Uboczu? The differences worth knowing before you book
Both cabins at Ranczo Rogowo are practically identical, but there is one concrete difference.
The question "which cabin should we pick" comes up with almost every booking. The good news is that it is hard to make a bad decision here. Both cabins have the same equipment, the same price and the same standard. The real difference is exactly one, and it fits in a single table.

That is the whole list. There is no "better cabin" and no "worse cabin", no basic version and no premium one.
The only difference that actually changes anything
The fishing pond at Domek Marzeń. Domek Marzeń has its own stocked pond with a jetty, where you can fish under one rule: caught fish go back into the water, with a rod included in the price of the stay.
It is the only difference that affects what you can do on site, not just how comfortable you are. If someone in your group fishes, or a child wants to try for the first time, pick Domek Marzeń. If fishing does not interest you, that row in the table simply does not apply to you.
There is a pond at Domek Na Uboczu too, but it is not stocked. Lovely to look at, useless for fishing. We say this openly, because it is the most common source of misunderstandings.
What is identical, and sometimes confusing
Worth underlining, because these are the most frequently asked things:
Each cabin has its own hot tub and its own sauna. There is no single shared hot tub for two cabins. No booking hours. No sharing with anyone. The hot tub with jacuzzi (about 39 degrees) and the Finnish sauna (90 degrees) belong exclusively to your cabin, with no hourly limit on a booked day.
The price is identical. 500 zł per night Sunday to Thursday, 600 zł per night at the weekend, for 1 to 2 people. The charge for the 3rd and 4th person is 50 zł per person per night, also identical.
The equipment is identical. The same fully equipped kitchenette, the same bed linen, the same towels, the same bathrobes, the same cleaning included. There are no small equipment differences to weigh against each other.
The privacy is identical. The cabins are separated by 250 metres and a wooden panel fence. There is no cabin "closer to the entrance" or "more secluded"; both have the same level of seclusion.

If you ask me directly which cabin to pick, I answer with a question: are you planning to fish? If yes, Domek Marzeń. If not, simply take the one that is free on your date, because beyond that the difference is genuinely minimal. In all the years of running the ranch, nobody has ever left disappointed because they got "the other" cabin.
What to do if your cabin is taken
A common situation, especially at weekends and on long weekends, because we only have two cabins.
If you are coming specifically to fish, it is worth waiting for a free date at Domek Marzeń or moving the trip. The fishing pond is the one thing that cannot be substituted.
In every other case: take the free one. You get the same hot tub, the same sauna, the same price and the same privacy. Postponing your trip by a month just to get one particular cabin makes no sense when they are the same.
When it is worth renting both at once
For group trips, hen and stag parties the whole grounds are always rented, both cabins at once, so as not to disturb random guests next door. That is the one situation where the question "Domek Marzeń or Domek Na Uboczu" does not matter, because you get both.
The second scenario: two couples who want to travel together but do not want to share a bathroom and kitchen. Two cabins then give each couple its own hot tub, its own sauna and 250 metres of privacy, and you spend the shared time wherever you like.
The third, rarer one: a couple that wants absolute certainty there is nobody else on the grounds. It costs twice as much and for most guests makes no sense, because 250 metres and a fence do the job, but the option exists.
