Terms & conditions

The stay day runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.

Late check-out (+150 PLN) can't be booked in advance or online. It's arranged on site only, subject to availability.

You can choose full payment online at booking, or a 25% deposit online via PayNow with the rest paid on site on arrival.

The deposit secures performance of the contract. For some bookings (e.g. events) we additionally ask for a card on file as damage security.

If you book as a consumer 14 days or more before arrival, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking.

For bookings made with less than 14 days' notice, this right does not apply, given the nature of the reserved-date service.

Separately from the statutory right above, we grant you a contractual right to cancel free of charge: a cancellation received at least 7 days before the arrival date is refunded in full, meaning 100% of the deposit paid.

For special dates, meaning New Year, Christmas, Easter and long weekends, the free cancellation window is 14 days before the arrival date.

A cancellation received after those deadlines means the deposit is not refunded, under the rules set out in the booking and payment section.

Refunds are made within 14 days of the cancellation being received, by the same method used for the payment.

Date changes are arranged by email or phone, subject to availability.

Smoking inside the cabins is strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Events (hen parties, birthdays, celebrations) require prior approval and booking the whole property. See the events page for details.

Charging electric vehicles from a standard cabin socket is prohibited for electrical safety reasons. Breaching this carries a 500 PLN daily penalty.

Dogs are always welcome, free of charge, with no need for prior agreement. This is one of the changes we've made to our earlier policy.

The hot tub and Finnish sauna are used at your own risk, following the safety guidance given at check-in.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the cabin or grounds during their stay.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers cases of gross negligence on our part and requires immediate notification and documentation of the issue while you are still staying with us.

Copying photos or text from this site without written permission is prohibited.
