PLN 950 for the whole cabin. That is PLN 500 for a Sunday to Thursday night, PLN 150 for the hot tub for that day, PLN 150 for the Finnish sauna and PLN 150 for cleaning, charged once per stay. At the weekend a night costs PLN 600 and a weekend is always at least two nights. A single night is possible from Sunday to Thursday only.

For that you get the whole cabin to yourself, not a room in a building with other guests. The hot tub and sauna belong to you alone, with no time limit and no booking a slot. The nightly rate also includes four bikes, two SUP boards, an outdoor cinema with a projector, a trampoline, a grill, a fire pit, bathrobes, towels, Starlink internet, and dogs and cats at no charge. The lowest price is always on our own site, because a direct booking carries no platform commission.

The cabin is 25 square metres, with a separate bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. There is no bathtub. There is also a 12 square metre terrace with a hanging cocoon chair and a coffee table with chairs. Both cabins have identical equipment and the same price.

Yes, and you do not have to do anything about it. Every room has water radiators fed from our boiler house outside, so the heating runs by itself, with nothing to load or watch. The cabin also has air conditioning and an electric fireplace.

Rypin is about 10 minutes away, Skępe 17 km and about 20 minutes, Lipno 25 km, Sierpc 31 km, Brodnica 36 km, Toruń about 70 km and an hour, Włocławek an hour, Bydgoszcz two hours, Warsaw and Łódź about 180 km each. The swimming lake is Jezioro Huta, about 10 minutes by car. We do not have a lake of our own at the cabins.

The cabins are identically equipped; the only difference is that Domek Marzeń has a stocked fishing pond and Domek Na Uboczu has its own fence.

The hot tub is hot when you arrive, and on arrival day you get a text message with instructions.

PLN 50 per person per night. The base price, PLN 500 from Sunday to Thursday and PLN 600 at the weekend, is for the whole cabin for one or two people. One cabin sleeps up to four people, both cabins together eight. Dogs and cats are always free and get a welcome set.

Realistically no. We are in the countryside in the Rypin district and the only sensible way here is by car. There is no station or bus stop from which you could reach us with luggage.

Polish, English and German. You deal directly with the owner, by phone or WhatsApp, so the person who answers is the person who will welcome you on arrival.

150 zł a day each, added only for the days you actually want them. You are not paying for them on a day you do not use them. On a day you do have them, there is no time limit and no slot to book.

Yes, always free of charge. Dogs and cats are both welcome here at no extra fee, with a free welcome kit waiting for your pet on arrival.

Domek Marzeń and Domek Na Uboczu are 250 metres apart, separated by a wooden panel fence. Guests in one cabin never see or hear guests in the other. These are two fully separate stays.

Yes, we run Starlink. Satellite internet that handles video calls and sending large files, even where there is no fibre. Many guests stay a full week for a workation.

Up to 7 days before arrival you cancel free of charge and get a 100% refund of the deposit. For special dates, meaning long weekends, New Year, Christmas and Easter, that threshold is 14 days before arrival. If your dates have simply shifted, write to us: with two cabins there is usually another slot.

We refund 100% of the money. If the stay disappoints you and you tell us what exactly went wrong, you get the whole amount back. No small print. This is the one thing no booking platform can offer you, because there the money is not ours.

Yes. New Year’s Eve has a set rate: 800 zł per night for the cabin for 1–2 guests, with a minimum of 3 nights. Extras are the same as all year: 50 zł per night for the 3rd and 4th guest, the hot tub and the sauna 150 zł per day each, and cleaning 150 zł once per stay. Public holidays, the May weekend and long weekends are priced above an ordinary date, but for those we do not quote one fixed amount up front, because it depends on the dates and on demand. A minimum stay applies on every one of them: 3 nights at Christmas, New Year, Easter, the May weekend and Corpus Christi, 4 nights on the November long weekend. You see the final price in the calendar for your dates, before you book, never once you arrive.
