A photo shoot or film location in the countryside: grounds with no strangers in the frame
Two cabins, a forest, ponds and the whole grounds to yourselves. What can be done on site, what the limits are and what to tell us before arriving.
Grounds without random people on them are harder to find in Poland than it seems. Most places that look good share one flaw: there is always someone in the frame, and if there is not, there will be in a moment.
Here the whole grounds hold two cabins, and with a whole-grounds rental there is nobody on site apart from your crew.
What is in the frame
Two wooden cabins, 250 metres apart, separated by a wooden panel fence. Each with a terrace and its own body of water: by Domek Marzeń the stocked fishing pond with a jetty, by Domek Na Uboczu a pond.
A hot tub with jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna at each cabin. The hot tub holds about 39 degrees, so in winter, in frost, the steam over the water is thick enough to act as a special effect. That is the shot most people come for.

The roofed shelter for about 20 people, which during shoots serves as the base: equipment, catering, changing, waiting out the rain.
No infrastructure in the background. There are no street lamps here, no coach park, no information boards and no neighbouring buildings in the frame. That is a value you cannot fake in post-production.
How it works formally
Shoots and filming happen on whole-grounds rental terms, meaning both cabins at once.
The reason is practical, not commercial. A couple who came for quiet should not run into a crew with tripods. And you should not be planning a shot through which someone is about to walk with a towel. One rules out the other, so we separate them completely.
The quote is individual. It depends on the date, the number of people, the length of the shoot and what exactly you are planning. We do not give ranges, because a shooting day for two people and a three-day production with a crew are two different conversations.

What to arrange in advance
This is the most important part of this text, because these things have to be settled before arrival, not on site.
A drone. Agreed individually. It depends on who is on the grounds at the time and on the regulations in force locally. Ask ahead.
Power. Write to us with what you need. Bigger lighting equipment or a generator has to be agreed in advance, because it is not standard cabin equipment.
The number of people. Including those coming only for the shooting day, without an overnight stay. We have to know how many people will appear on the grounds.
Animals in the frame. Dogs and cats are always free here, but with outside animals or a larger number of them it is worth discussing.
Fire, smoke, effects. Anything beyond a normal bonfire has to be agreed.

The most underrated shot is not the cabin, it is the hot tub after dark in winter. Steam over hot water in sub-zero air, a single light source and a black background, because here there really is no light in the background. You cannot get that in a city, or at a resort with a lamp burning by the car park.
What we do not have
No studio and no hall. These are grounds with two cabins, not a location with production infrastructure.
No technical backup. No lighting equipment, tripods or reflectors. You bring your own.
No dressing room or make-up room. There are the cabins and the shelter, which can be used for that.
No production crew. We provide no helpers, production catering or coordination.
No full perimeter fencing. Worth knowing with animals and with equipment.
No weather guarantee. It sounds banal, but for shoots it is key: we have no covered plan B beyond the shelter and the cabin interiors.
For online creators
That is a separate category with its own rules. If you mean social media content in exchange for a stay, or a barter collaboration, write to us with what you are proposing.
In short: barter covers a stay of 2-3 nights only from Sunday to Thursday, with or without breakfast. Write with your proposal and we will answer concretely.
Who this works for
For wedding and couple photographers who care about no people in the background. For advertising productions after natural, undressed interiors and grounds. For creators shooting lifestyle material where the hot tub and sauna are the subject, not the decoration. For product shoots that need wood, water and forest rather than a studio.
Who it does not
For productions needing a hall, high-power electricity or full technical backup. For big crews, because eight people staying overnight is the ceiling. For projects requiring guaranteed weather or a fixed date with no margin.

Depends what you are after. In winter the contrast of steam over the hot tub in frost, in autumn the colours, in summer long evenings and the golden hour after eight.
