Christmas Eve, 24 December 2026, falls on a Thursday and has been a public holiday in Poland since 2025, followed by Friday the 25th, Saturday the 26th and Sunday the 27th. Three nights fit that run exactly: arrive on Christmas Eve after 15:00, leave on Sunday by 11:00, back at work on Monday the 28th.

The whole cabin to yourself
25 square metres with a separate bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with a shower, plus a 12 square metre terrace with a hanging cocoon chair and a coffee table. The second cabin stands 250 metres away behind a fence, so you are not spending Christmas next to strangers.
Warmth you do not have to manage
Every room has water radiators fed from our boiler house outside, so there is nothing to load and nothing to watch. The cabin also has air conditioning and an electric fireplace. Bathrobes and towels are included in the nightly rate.
Hot tub and sauna whenever you want them
The hot tub is hot when you arrive and costs PLN 150 a day, the Finnish sauna the same. The sauna we heat only if you ask us in advance, so write to us if you want it. On a booked day you use them with no time limit, including after midnight. The tub is heated by a wood stove, so you set the temperature yourself, most comfortably 38-40 degrees.

How many days off do you need for Christmas 2026?
None for a stay from 24 to 27 December. Christmas Eve falls on a Thursday and is a public holiday, 25 December is a Friday, 26 December a Saturday and 27 December a Sunday. Four days off in a row without a single holiday request.
How much does the cabin cost at Christmas?
The nightly price for your dates is shown in the calendar when you book, and holiday dates are priced higher than ordinary ones. The extras are the same all year: cleaning PLN 150 once per stay, hot tub PLN 150 a day, Finnish sauna PLN 150 a day, third and fourth guest PLN 50 each per night. You pay 25 percent online, the rest on arrival.
Is there a Christmas Eve dinner, midnight mass or entertainment?
No. There is no Christmas Eve dinner with a programme, no trip to midnight mass and no entertainment. There is a home-cooked lunch ordered in advance — soup, a main course, dessert and a fruit drink, PLN 60 per person per night — and a quiet village. In the evening you can arrange home-made snacks: pizza, baked baguettes, burgers or fries, all made here, nothing reheated or out of a packet, with the details and the price settled on the spot. On Christmas Day almost everything nearby is closed, so do your shopping earlier.
Is there a minimum stay at Christmas?
Yes, three nights. Christmas is a special date and we do not take shorter stays on those: New Year, Easter, the May weekend and Corpus Christi also carry a three-night minimum, and the November long weekend four. A stay from 24 to 27 December is exactly three nights, so the Christmas run fits the minimum as it stands.
Until when can you cancel a Christmas stay free of charge?
Up to 14 days before arrival, because Christmas is a special date, like New Year and long weekends. For an arrival on 24 December, free cancellation runs until 10 December.
Can you bring a dog at Christmas?
Yes, dogs and cats are always free and get a welcome set. Domek Na Uboczu has its own fence, so that is the one we suggest for guests with animals. At Domek Marzeń we ask you to keep an eye on your dog, as that part is not fenced.
