Filming location
Several setups in one place, nobody else in the frame
Woodland, a pond with a jetty, timber interiors, a hot tub, a sauna, a covered shelter and open meadow. The whole property to yourselves, usually midweek.
Why it works as a location
Instead of moving the crew between three locations, you get several different setups within a few hundred metres.
You rent the whole property, so nobody wanders into shot and there is no third-party likeness to clear.
Dates run Sunday to Thursday, which is when productions usually shoot anyway.
What is available
Several setups, one place
Woodland, a pond with a jetty, the timber interiors of both cabins, a hot tub, a sauna, a covered shelter, a fire pit and open meadow. Changing setup is a walk, not a drive.
The grounds to yourselves
No bystanders in the background of a shot and no likeness releases from passing guests. You close the grounds for the shoot.
Golden hour and mist at dawn
Mist appears over the pond almost every early morning. Those are real shooting conditions, not a line from a brochure.
Facilities on site
Kitchen, bathrooms, power, space for a van and beds for the crew. You do not lose time driving back to base between blocks.
Starlink for pushing footage
Satellite internet that carries large uploads straight from set, including where there is no fibre. The backup does not wait until you are back in a city.
Catering for the crew
Home-cooked breakfasts and dinners to order, cooked on site, for the whole crew at once.
To agree before the shoot
- The shooting-day rate is separate from the accommodation rate and is set individually
- Drones, generators and PA systems must be declared and agreed in advance
- Quiet hours apply overnight, so loud shots are scheduled during the day
- Use of the property’s image and any location credit are agreed in writing
We quote the shooting-day rate individually, depending on crew size, the number of days and whether you need beds. Describe the production and we will reply by the end of the day at the latest.
Describe the productionQuestions from productions
Can we fly a drone over the grounds?
As a rule yes, but tell us in advance. We agree the hours and the range of the flights so they do not clash with quiet hours or with guests in the second cabin.
Is there power for equipment, or do we need a generator?
There is power on site. For heavier loads, tell us what kit you are planning and we will say plainly whether it is enough or whether you should bring a generator.
Can we close the grounds for a single shooting day?
Yes, a shooting day without accommodation is possible Sunday to Thursday. That rate is quoted separately from the accommodation one.
What setups are available in bad weather?
The timber interiors of both cabins, the covered shelter and the sauna. Rain does not cancel a shooting day, it only changes the running order.
