What sets us apart for a group trip
A group booking means the whole property, not one cabin
Group trips and parties are always booked as the whole property, both cabins at once, so nobody wanders into your evening. The whole place costs 2000 zł a night at weekends and 1600 zł from Sunday to Thursday. This is the only kind of stay where a weekend can last a single night; for a single cabin a weekend always means at least two.
The cabins are 250 metres apart
250 metres and a wooden panel fence separate the cabins. Part of the group can go to bed in one cabin while the rest are still at the fire under the shelter, and neither gets in the other's way. The shelter is roofed, so a seat at the shared table does not depend on the weather.
Eight bikes and four SUP boards for the group
Four bikes stand at each cabin, so with both you have eight, one each. Each cabin also has two SUP boards, so with both you have four and take turns on the water. The outdoor cinema with a projector, the grill, the fire pit, the shelter, the trampoline, board games and Starlink cost nothing extra. Charged separately: cleaning at 150 zł, counted once for the whole stay even with both cabins, the hot tub and the sauna at 150 zł a day each, and meals if you order them.
What a group can do here
The shelter is roofed, so rain moves dinner under cover and the evening carries on.
The fire pit and the grill are included in the nightly rate, with nothing to order and nothing to pay. Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 7:00, so we ask you to turn the music down for the night.
A hen party without hiring a hall and without strangers at the next table. Nobody drives back to town at night, because you sleep here.
One table under the shelter seats around 20, so nobody ends up squeezed in at a side table.

Can we rent just one cabin for our group?
No, group trips and parties are always booked as the whole property, both cabins at once. That way no other guests walk into your evening and you do not walk into theirs. The whole place is 2000 zł a night at weekends and 1600 zł from Sunday to Thursday.
How many people fit?
Up to eight sleeping, four in each cabin, and the roofed shelter seats around 20 at one table. The cabins are 250 metres apart with a wooden panel fence between them, so part of the group can go to bed while the rest are still at the fire. Write to us with your numbers and dates and we will give you the exact price for the whole property.
Can we come for one night?
Yes, but at a weekend only if you rent the whole property, which is the only kind of stay with a single weekend night. For a single cabin a weekend always means at least two nights, and one night is then possible from Sunday to Thursday.
How much do we pay upfront?
The deposit is 25% of the total, paid through PayNow when you book, and the rest is settled on arrival. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out at 11:00, so the place is yours from three on the first day until eleven on the last.
What about food for the whole crew?
Either you cook for yourselves in the cabins or you order home-cooked meals from us: breakfast 60 zł per person per day and lunch (soup, a main course, dessert and a fruit drink) 60 zł per person per day. We take orders by phone or text message, before you arrive or once you are here, as long as it reaches us by 18:00 the day before. In the evening you can arrange home-made snacks: pizza, baked baguettes, burgers or fries, all made here, nothing reheated or out of a packet, with the details and the price settled on the spot. The grill and the fire pit are included in the nightly rate; we have no restaurant and no waiting staff.
What if someone drops out and we have to cancel?
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, and up to 14 days for New Year's Eve, holidays and long weekends. If only the line-up changes, write to us before you come and we will adjust the booking.

A night for two is 500 zł Sunday to Thursday and 600 zł at the weekend, with a minimum of 2 nights. Hot tub and Finnish sauna are 150 zł per day each, cleaning 150 zł once per stay.
Sunday to Thursday a single night is enough, and that is when it is quietest here.
