What sets us apart for a trip with children
A third and fourth person cost 50 zł a night
You pay for the cabin, not for beds: 500 zł a night from Sunday to Thursday and 600 zł at weekends, with two people in that price. Each further person is 50 zł a night, so a family of 2+2 pays 700 zł for a weekend night and 600 zł midweek. Four is the maximum in one cabin and eight in both, if grandparents or another family come along. Cleaning at 150 zł is added once for the whole stay.
Bikes, the trampoline and the pitch are included in the nightly rate
Four bikes per cabin, a trampoline, a sports pitch, an outdoor cinema with a projector under the roofed shelter, a fire pit, a grill and board games cost nothing more. On top of that, two SUP boards per cabin to take to Lake Huta, 10 minutes away by car. There is Starlink too, so a teenager does not feel cut off, though in heavy cloud and downpours it can slow down.
The grounds are not fenced as a whole
Domek Na Uboczu has its own fence, 110 metres around, and Domek Marzeń has no fence at all. There is water at both, so a small child needs the same eye kept on them as at any pond. If your little one is only just walking, choose Domek Na Uboczu.

Questions families ask before booking
What does a weekend for a family of 2+2 cost?
A weekend for four is 1550 zł: two nights at 700 zł plus 150 zł for cleaning. That 700 zł is 600 zł for the cabin for two and 50 zł each for the third and fourth person. The hot tub and the sauna are 150 zł a day each and you add them to the days you choose, so a hot tub heated on Saturday brings the bill to 1700 zł. From Sunday to Thursday the same four pay 600 zł a night. Over the May long weekend, holidays and other long weekends the rate is higher, and you see the exact amount in the calendar for your dates.
Is the property fenced, and is the water made safe?
No, the grounds are not fenced as a whole. Domek Na Uboczu has its own fence, 110 metres around, and Domek Marzeń has no fence at all, so with a small child choose Domek Na Uboczu. There is water at both cabins, and it needs the same care as any pond.
Which cabin should we choose with children?
Both cabins are furnished identically; what differs is what surrounds them. Domek Marzeń has the stocked fishing pond, and Domek Na Uboczu is the one with its own fence. With an older child who wants to fish, take Domek Marzeń; with a child who is only just walking, Domek Na Uboczu. The cabins are 250 metres apart with a wooden panel fence between them, so if two families travel together you take both and have the whole property. With a baby, write to us before booking: we have a cot and a baby bath here, free of charge, but we only get them ready if you ask in advance.
Do we have to cook for the whole stay?
No. Breakfast is 60 zł per person per day and lunch (soup, a main course, dessert and a fruit drink) the same. We take orders by phone or text message, before you arrive or once you are here, as long as it reaches us by 18:00 the day before, and then we cook for the next day. In the evening you can arrange home-made snacks: pizza, baked baguettes, burgers or fries, all made here, nothing reheated or out of a packet, with the details and the price settled on the spot. The cabin has a full kitchenette with an induction hob, in case a child eats their own way. We do not run a restaurant on the grounds.
What do we do with the children when it rains?
The outdoor cinema works under the roofed shelter, so the film runs in the rain as well, and indoors there are board games and Starlink internet. Starlink can slow down in heavy cloud and downpours, so a film for the evening is better downloaded in advance. And once the children are asleep, there is still the sauna, if you booked it for that day.
Can we come for just one night?
One night is possible only from Sunday to Thursday; a weekend starts at two. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out at 11:00, the deposit is 25% through PayNow and you pay the rest on arrival. You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, and up to 14 days for holidays and long weekends. And if the stay disappoints you anyway and you tell us what exactly went wrong, we give you all your money back.
