Special dates and long weekends: what stays the same and what depends on the date
New Year, Christmas, Easter, the May weekend and long weekends are priced higher than an ordinary date. The nightly rate shows in the calendar for the dates you pick, but everything around it is fixed all year and listed below to the last zloty.
Which dates are special
Independence Day break
11 – 15.11.2026
Minimum stay: 4 nights
Wednesday to Sunday. 11 November is a Wednesday, so two days off (Thursday and Friday) give five free days.
Christmas
24 – 27.12.2026
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Thursday to Sunday. Christmas Eve is a public holiday in Poland, so three nights need no time off at all.
New Year's Eve
31.12.2026 – 3.01.2027
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Thursday to Sunday. 31 December is a Thursday and 1 January a Friday and a public holiday, so one day off gives four.
Easter
26 – 29.03.2027
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Friday to Monday. Easter Sunday falls on 28 March, Easter Monday on 29 March.
May long weekend
30.04 – 3.05.2027
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Friday to Monday. 1 May is a Saturday and 3 May a Monday, so one day off (30 April) gives four.
Corpus Christi weekend
27 – 30.05.2027
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Thursday to Sunday. Corpus Christi falls on 27 May, so one day off on Friday gives four free days.
November long weekend
11 – 14.11.2027
Minimum stay: 4 nights
Thursday to Sunday. 11 November is a Thursday, so one day off on Friday gives four free days.
Christmas and New Year 2027

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Christmas Eve falls on a Friday, both Christmas days on Saturday and Sunday, and 31 December again on a Friday.
What costs the same as on any other day of the year
These do not change at New Year, at Christmas or in May. They are added to the nightly rate exactly as on an ordinary Tuesday.

What is different on these dates
- The nightly rate is higher than on an ordinary date. You see it in the calendar for your dates before you pay anything.
- New Year has a fixed rate: PLN 800 a night for the whole cabin for one or two people, with a minimum of three nights.
- Free cancellation runs up to 14 days before arrival instead of the usual 7.
- Last minute, 4+ nights and second stay discounts do not apply to special dates.
- Every special date has a minimum stay: three nights at Christmas, New Year, Easter, the May weekend and Corpus Christi, four on the November long weekend. Outside them a weekend means at least two nights, and a single night is possible from Sunday to Thursday only.
Questions about special dates
How much does the cabin cost at Christmas or in May?
The nightly price shows in the calendar for the dates you pick, because it depends on the date and on how much is left. These dates are priced higher than an ordinary week. The fixed items never change: cleaning PLN 150 once per stay, hot tub PLN 150 a day, Finnish sauna PLN 150 a day, third and fourth guest PLN 50 each per night.
Which date has a published rate?
Only New Year: PLN 800 a night for the whole cabin for one or two people, with a minimum of three nights. Three nights for two without the tub and sauna come to PLN 2550 including cleaning, and PLN 3450 with both on every day.
Until when can I cancel a special date free of charge?
Up to 14 days before arrival. On ordinary dates it is 7 days. For an arrival on 24 December that means free cancellation until 10 December, and for 31 December until 17 December.
Do discounts work on special dates?
No. Last minute minus 15 percent, minus 10 percent for stays from four nights and minus 10 percent for a second stay do not cover New Year, Christmas, Easter or long weekends. The PLN 50 newsletter discount works on any date.
Is there a minimum stay on special dates?
Yes, on every one of them. Christmas, New Year, Easter, the May weekend and Corpus Christi mean at least three nights. The November long weekend means at least four. Outside special dates the usual rule applies: a weekend means at least two nights, and a single night is possible from Sunday to Thursday only.
Do you organise anything on those days, a Christmas dinner or a New Year party?
No. There is no dinner with a programme, no music, no entertainment and no shared parties. You can order a home-cooked lunch — soup, a main course, dessert and a fruit drink — PLN 60 per person per night, in advance, because we shop for specific bookings. In the evening you can arrange home-made snacks: pizza, baked baguettes, burgers or fries, all made here, nothing reheated or out of a packet, with the details and the price settled on the spot.
