What sets us apart for a fishing trip
The pond serves one cabin, not ten pegs
The pond lies by Domek Marzeń and only its guests fish there. Nobody takes your jetty and there is no charge for a peg. The other cabin stands 250 metres away, behind a wooden panel fence.
A rod is included, and every fish goes back in the water
You do not have to carry tackle halfway across Poland; a rod is included in the stay. We fish catch and release: a bite, a photo, and back into the pond. There are no scales here and no kilos to settle.
Not biting? The rest of the day is already paid for
The nightly rate covers the bikes, the SUP boards, the outdoor cinema with a projector, the grill and the fire pit. There are four bikes and two SUP boards per cabin. Lake Huta is 10 minutes away by car, Ruda 15.
What a day by the pond looks like
First light is the best time for a bite, and the jetty is a few steps from the cabin door.
Check-out is at 11:00, so on the day you leave you spend the morning by the water as well.
The pond lies entirely on our land, so nobody sells permits for it.
The fire is included in the nightly rate, and the fire pit stands right at the water's edge, so you keep an eye on the rods.
You add the hot tub to the days you choose, 150 zł each. On a day you take it, it heats with no limit on hours.
The sauna heats up on your own terrace and nobody signs up for it. After a cold morning on the jetty it comes in handier than in the evening.

Questions about the pond and the stay
What fish are in the pond?
Carp, grass carp, silver carp and pike. Fishing is catch and release only, so every one of them goes back in the water. If you want to know what is biting on your dates, call us before booking.
Can we keep the fish we catch?
No, fishing here is catch and release only: a bite, a photo, and the fish goes back in the water. That way the pond has a chance to build up stock for the seasons ahead.
Do we have to bring our own tackle?
No, a rod is included in the stay. If you have a favourite set-up, bring it by all means.
Can we fish at Domek Na Uboczu as well?
No, the stocked pond is only at Domek Marzeń. Both cabins are furnished identically, each with its own jacuzzi hot tub and its own Finnish sauna, and the pond is the only difference between them. If you are coming for the fish, book Domek Marzeń.
Check-in is at 15:00, so when are we supposed to fish at first light?
Check-out is not until 11:00, so you get the morning bite on your departure day as well. Two nights give you two mornings by the water, and in the evening between them you go back to the jetty whenever you like.
What does a night cost and how late can we cancel?
500 zł a night from Sunday to Thursday and 600 zł at weekends, for the whole cabin for one or two people, plus a one-off cleaning fee of 150 zł. A third and fourth person are 50 zł per person per night, and the hot tub and the sauna 150 zł each for a chosen day. Weekends are taken for at least two nights; a single night is possible from Sunday to Thursday. The deposit is 25% through PayNow and the rest is paid on arrival, and you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, or 14 days for New Year's Eve, holidays and long weekends. If the stay disappoints you anyway and you tell us what exactly went wrong, we give you all your money back.

A night for two is 500 zł Sunday to Thursday and 600 zł at the weekend, with a minimum of 2 nights. Hot tub and Finnish sauna are 150 zł per day each, cleaning 150 zł once per stay.
Sunday to Thursday a single night is enough, and that is when it is quietest here.
