How much does a weekend at a farm stay near Toruń cost? The full breakdown

Many farm stay listings show a low nightly price, and only at booking does it turn out that the hot tub, sauna or towels have their own price list. We break it down into first principles, so the number on the website equals the amount on your account.

The base nightly rate

The rate is identical for both cabins. There is no cheaper and no pricier cabin.

Two things worth underlining. First, at the weekend the minimum is always 2 nights, so the lowest possible cost of a weekend is 1200 zł. Second, a single night is possible, but only from Sunday to Thursday. That is the cheapest way to come here: 500 zł for everything.

A useful reference point: in our old price list even a bathrobe cost 25 zł separately. Today bathrobes, towels, bikes, SUPs and the cinema all sit in one rate, and the only attractions charged separately are the hot tub and the sauna, 150 zł per day each, added for the days you choose.

What is added separately

And that is the whole list. There is no local tax, no bedding fee, no final cleaning fee and no dog fee.

One caveat on late check-out: it cannot be booked in advance. It depends on whether new guests arrive that day, so we arrange it only on site.

Three sample budgets

A couple, weekend, no meals

2 nights × 600 zł = 1200 zł

A couple, weekend, with full board

• The nights: 2 × 600 zł = 1200 zł
• Breakfasts: 2 people × 2 nights × 60 zł = 240 zł
• Dinners: 2 people × 2 nights × 60 zł = 240 zł
• Total: 1680 zł

A family of 2+2, three midweek nights, with full board

• The nights (2+2): 3 × 500 zł + 2 people × 3 nights × 50 zł = 1800 zł
• Meals: 4 people × 3 nights × 120 zł = 1440 zł
• Total: 3240 zł, which is 270 zł per person per night with everything

What this price list does not cover

For the budget to be honest, you have to add the things that are not our line item but are your cost:

Fuel. An hour from Toruń, 2.5 hours from Warsaw, about 3 hours from Gdańsk or Łódź. Coming from Warsaw that is realistically 250-350 zł both ways.

Groceries, if you cook yourselves. The kitchenette is fully equipped, but you bring your own produce.

Alcohol and snacks. Dad's homemade fruit liqueur waits in the cabin as a gift, but the rest is your business.

Any excursions. Entry tickets in Toruń, lunch in town, renting anything outside the grounds.

How to pay less

Four ways, all legitimate and none of them involves calling to ask for a discount.

Go midweek. 500 zł instead of 600 zł per night, quieter, and better availability. Over three nights that is a 300 zł difference.

Take one night instead of two. Possible only from Sunday to Thursday. The cheapest way to try this place: 500 zł with everything.

Cook yourselves. Full board for a couple over a weekend is 480 zł. The kitchenette is fully equipped, the gas grill stands outside.

Book directly. We guarantee the lowest price on our own website, because we add no middleman platform commission.

A fifth way, less obvious: sign up for the newsletter. Last-minute openings go there first, and in the slowest periods prices can be lower than standard.

How payment works

The deposit is 25% of the stay's value, paid online via PayNow when booking. The rest is settled on site.

For a group booking (both cabins, a party) we additionally ask for a card as security, and we agree the details individually.

How to compare offers fairly

If you are weighing us against another farm stay, count the whole thing, not the headline rate. Concrete questions worth asking everyone:

• Are the hot tub and sauna charged per day or per hour, and are they yours alone?
• Is there a time limit and does a slot need reserving?
• How much do towels and bathrobes cost?
• Is there a dog fee?
• Is final cleaning added separately?
• What is the real amount for your specific stay, with the number of people and the meals?

Who this model pays off for most

For couples and small groups who want to know upfront what they will pay, without counting sauna hours or towel surcharges. The night, the hot tub and the sauna are itemised separately, so you pay exactly for what you use, not for an averaged bundle.

It does not pay off if you are only after a cheap roof over your head and will not touch the hot tub, the sauna or any of the included extras. Then you are paying for things you will not use, and a plain overnight stay is the better hunt.
